I'm doing this very thing with a CAS 3.x (CAS2.0 Protocol) Server using the
Cas20ServiceTicketValidator.  I have not yet had the time to play around
with Version 4.x, but I remember it being an incredible pain because the
classes used to do that aren't really documented that well.
