This is currently done by the Bamboo build with doesn't work anymore because of the Java 7 upgrade. I sent an email to the infrastructure guys to get more information on this. But maybe the best solution is to deploy the SNAPSHOT artifacts to Sonatype during the Travis build (like I did for the cas-server-security-filter) and definitely give up on Bamboo. Also, we were by default running a number of checks that took their sweet time, beyond the normal build process. Our builds were timing out beyond the travis-set 50-minute mark and thus more often than before failing incorrectly. The changes should help.
