[cas-dev] bug CAS-1318 patch?

Can someone please let me know, do anyone still facing the repeated login page 
display though entering proper credentials? I upgraded to latest CAS version. 
Still facing this issue.
I tried below versions of CAS
CAS-4.1.0-SNAPSHOT
CAS-4.0.0-RELEASE
