Hi,

I'm no JS specialist, we had a discussion on this topic and I proposed to
use head.js. That's where we are:
https://github.com/Jasig/cas/blob/master/cas-server-webapp/src/main/webapp/js/cas.js

So what would be the advantages of using require.js instead? What about
pushing a pull request to see the changes and continue the discussion?

Thanks.
Best regards,
Jérôme
