Would you be able to put together instructions, or better yet, submit a pull request that categorizes the missing instructions?

Also, it misses an action on=”warn” in the ”spnego” action state which is triggered on renew and might go to ”warn” or ”generateLoginTicket” I guess, depending on the wanted behaviour.
