I'm new to CAS myself... but my suspicion is that jasigcas.herokuapp.com is broken. It would be nice if someone could confirm. I have no idea if my particular issue (basic/vanilla authentication) is jasigcas.herokuapp.com <http://www.google.com/url?q=http%3A%2F%2Fjasigcas.herokuapp.com&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNHm_2teX70jLwVdoQXctrK_PyChUQ> or my application (using phpCAS)
