Everything else has to be implemented by you, developer. Now, I would advice you to start learning more about CAS. This can be good page to start with: http://jasig.github.io/cas/4.1.x/index.html. For example, this is how to enable Radius authentication <http://jasig.github.io/cas/4.1.x/installation/RADIUS-Authentication.html>.
