That's pretty much equivalent to my existing CAS 3.5 deployment. I believe 
there are some features in CAS 4 that idp v3 doesn't support, I don't 
specifically recall what they are but when I evaluated migrating to it last 
year I do remember none of them standing out as something I really needed.
