As was suggested in that discussion, if you can reproduce the looping behavior 
based on what the docs suggest and have turned up logging for spring web flow 
unto DEBUG, please share those logs on the issue so we review.

If you're using cas-server-support-spnego-webflow, it seem there is an issue 
causing a loop with it .
