It seems to work now (I have done several restarts and it keeps working),
after removing bcprov-jdk15on-1.50.jar  ... but I still don't get why it
happened ... since I have the same exact libraries on tomcat 7 JDK 7 and
didn't face the problem....


I didn't try with tomcat from the source.
