I have a strange situation. We have a user who is able to login to other 
applications on campus (Blackboard, her workstation, other web applications, 
etc), but is unable to login to the CAS server. We have a single authoritative 
source for identity (Active Directory), so if she is able to log into one 
application she should be able to login to all applications.

The strange thing is that the AD logs show a successful login in at the same 
time that the CAS logs show a failed login. This is the first time I have seen 
something like this and it is only happening to this one user.

(CAS 4.0.4 talking to AD 2012 for authentication)
