Ludovic, Thanks for reporting the issue with the cas-management application. It seems that I incompletely refactored some code in the attribute-release screens. A fix for the issue has been submitted as a PR and can be viewed here:
https://github.com/apereo/cas/pull/3108 Once this is merged into the 5.2.x branch you should be able to pull it in using the latest 5.2.x snapshot release.
