Aman, When you say 'other system' do you mean the CAS login server? Are you sure you want to access TGT? If you have a service that wants to verify a user (CAS login session?) you could look into proxy, https://apereo.github.io/cas/5.2.x/installation/Configuring-Proxy-Authentication.html
