Some quick questions:
1. Which version of CAS are you running?
2. Do you have the /status/services configured?
1. Does the new service show up there?
2. Would you please share the service configuration?
I'm guessing here, but it could be a theme issue, if you set the service's
theme to one that doesn't exist. You might want to set the debugging
for org.thymeleaf to debug.
