Be careful in the build.gradle file add
compile "org.apereo.cas: cas-server-support-json-service-registry: $
{project.'casmgmt.version '}"
instead of
compile "org.apereo.cas: case-management-webapp-support-ldap: $
{project.'cas.version '}"
