Your SAML IDP metadata should be available at cas_server/cas/idp/metadata and should contain lines similar to the following:
urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:metadata urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings . . . Would that be proof enough?
