Andrea, The CAS Management webapp is merely an interface into the CAS webapp's service registry. You'll need access to the machine running the CAS webapp. I'd suggest checking the cas.properties file (typically /etc/cas/config/cas.properties on Linux machines) and look for a property that starts with "cas.service-registry". Then check the CAS documentation on github for your version to verify what registry is in use and how to work with it.
Here is CAS 6.3 document on service management: https://apereo.github.io/cas/6.3.x/services/Service-Management.html There is a section on storage (left side of screen) that covers the different types of service registries.
