Are you deploying the cas-management-overlay or cas-management project? You should use the overlay; though the most recent build has an error and only the readme is present.
To modify a page you can follow the cas docs https://apereo.github.io/cas/6.4.x/ux/User-Interface-Customization.html also take a look at https://fawnoos.com/2021/02/16/cas63-ui-themes/ The view pages can be found in this part of the main project https://github.com/apereo/cas-management/tree/6.3.x/webapp You can copy the files you need into your overlay (using the same path structure) and modify them.
