Shing, Are you looking for an audit entry that is different from those in COM_AUDIT_TRAIL?
You may be able to create a web flow event to do that. But NOTE: I was not able to insert my custom login flow after the Duo universal prompt flow. Unfortunately it looks like the cas modules (cas 6.5.x) have lowest priority, meaning that they are inserted into the webflow after others. It would be nice if the cas modules had a middle priority, making it easier for deployers to insert before or after as needed.
