Gautham, Check encryption and signing key lengths. Regenerate keys to match the expected default lengths (rather than trying to set the lengths).

When we turn off encryption for the JPA Ticket Registry data the user is properly redirected to welcome screen. Has anyone run into similar issue and is there a work around for this?
