Hi, when a user tries to remove one of his device from the account manager, 
the device is no more usable but still appears in the user's "Registered 
multifactor Authentication Devices" tab in the account manager. 

The CAS_TOKEN_PRINCIPAL values still contain the entry corresponding to 
this former device among all other devices entries. When flushing this 
entry directly in the device registration db, the device disappears from 
the user's account manager.

Is there a way to remove this device from the user's account manager 
straight after he decided to remove it ?
