Since november, we have:
- maintained https://github.com/EsupPortail/phpCAS fork
- answered recent issues on github (eg
https://github.com/apereo/phpCAS/issues/448 on PHP 8.5)
- proposed a new pull request for PHP 8.4
I will now try contacting Apereo via [email protected] .

That's why Esup-Portail is volunteering to become maintainer again (*).
Esup-Portail maintainers would be

Is CAS Project Management Committee ok to keep it under
https://github.com/Apereo/phpCAS and assign some maintainers from Esup-Portail?
Or is PMC preferring a ownership transfer to
https://github.com/EsupPortail/phpCAS ?
