Hopefully someone can help me find where I went wrong. I am trying to understand proxy authentication so I am trying to go through the walk through at http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/display/CAS/Proxy+CAS+Walkthrough. Step one works fine, but when I try to do step 2b, I do not receive a PGTIOU. Below is the response I get.
