Scott,
I did a svn checkout of that link, rebuild, and just tested it with my
deploy.xml
When I point to the top of the AD domain, I still get the same error:

2009-03-06 13:47:41,999 ERROR
[org.jasig.cas.authentication.principal.CredentialsToLDAPAttributePrincipalResolver]
 - <org.springframework.ldap.PartialResultException: Unprocessed Continuation
Reference(s); nested exception is javax.naming.PartialResultException:
Unprocessed Continuation Reference(s); remaining name 'dc=ad,dc=t-bird,dc=edu'>

We're actually waiting for confirmation of that ticket before we cut 3.3.2
:-) Though I may look at one open issue in the meantime.

Source can be found at: https://www.ja-sig.org/svn/cas3/trunk

Most likely I'll cut the release on Monday as I have a bunch of stuff to
catch up on being out in Dallas for the conference for the past few days!

    Thanks!

Looks like the ticket is still waiting final resolution & testing.
I can help here, if I can get some pointers on how to get the 3.3.2 code
downloaded ?
(feel like we're learning at the speed of light at times...)

This is a known limitation of the current production version. See
      http://www.ja-sig.org/issues/browse/CAS-663 for more information and
possible workarounds. A fix should appear in CAS 3.3.2, which I
believe is pending release in the immediate future.
