"I believe we've always recommended that you SHOULD ONLY run one registry cleaner per CAS install" That makes sense, especially in light of the error on that thread, but I missed that recommendation. I plan to write a JpaTicketRegistryCleaner that has smarter DB locking semantics. Once I'm satisfied with it, I'll open an improvement Jira issue with it attached so hopefully others can have a better solution to database ticket cleanup out of the box.
