In any case the only sort of sign-out message that the CAS server sends is a series of SAML LogoutRequest POST requests to services visited in a single-sign out session. Each message contains a service ticket issued to that service at some point during the SSO session. Therefore phpCAS would _have_ to understand the SAML LogoutRequest sent by the CAS server to implement single-sign off correctly.
