Moodle 1.9.2 natively supports phpCAS 0.5.1-1. Of course it is possible to
install a newer version of phpCAS
(and I have done this in the past), but this wouldn't solve the problem,
e.g. with phpCAS 1.0.1 the "famous"
infinite redirect loop problem occurs.
