        Yep, phpCAS is definitely broken here. Whoever implemented it
        seems to have got a couple of curl parameters mixed up.

        We already fixed this for our own use - attached is the
        updated client.php.

        Our changes start on line 1822, where we added a new branch

        I'm sure it will work for you too.
