You mention client version 3.1.3, I'm currently using 3.1.5. That
shouldn't make a difference, right?

We have thoroughly tested single sign-out using cas-server 3.3.2 and
Java CAS client version 3.1.3. Everything works as intended.
Additionally, we have a number of request dumps on the client side
showing that CAS sends the LogoutRequest via POST per the fix in the
issue Scott mentioned.
