Andrew, I'd like to help, but it was entirely a pro-services engagement... I'll ask our guys who did managed the project, but I wouldn't get your hopes up. We paid for the services, not the product. I agree this is something that Xythos would want to make a regular config option and document for all the customers. I have not problem with you asking them about what they did here.
