The pom.xml file for 3.3.3-release cas-server-integration-memcached
still has dependency on 2.1 version of spy-memcached. But this version
is deprecated and the source is not longer avl. Any specific reason why
the dependency is not updated to 2.3.x releases. We wanted to change the
CAS dependency to spy-memcached 2.3.1 release but wanted to check if it
was a deliberately left at 2.1.
