Andrew, The steering committee is supposed to be drafting positions within the CAS community that would give people specific responsibilities (if they wanted the position). One of those positions is probably going to be webmaster, which as you would expect, would probably have control over the web site. I'm hoping once we "create" the position and fill it, updates like these can get done, and kept up-to-date.
In the meantime, I think we have a JIRA project for the web site, if you want to log an "improvement" so we can keep track of it.
