Hi <Marvin Addison> I did what you mentioned. I changed all the pages in CAS server to ISO-8859-1, activated the server and went to the login page. It effectively validated the user/pwd for catalina.patiƱo, but to my surprise the server and my client went in an infinite loop. Thus, this solution is not the appropriate.
I would like to know where to find information, or is it a bug in the CAS Server? Any hints, CAS users out there?
