If the user never has to assert any credentials, then that user is
not 'authenticated'. Authentication *means* that the user has
asserted recognized credentials.
Can you describe in more detail the reason for wanting to do this?
Perhaps someone will have a useful suggestion if we better understand
what you're trying to accomplish.
