I reviewed your deployer config, and I see you're trying to set up LDAP authentication. I would recommend you approach CAS setup by simply getting the default WAR file deployed and secured with SSL before you attempt LDAP integration.

Then proceed to http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/display/CASUM/Demo for a stepwise procedure to get CAS running. Once you get a clean startup and you can authenticate with the default username=password handler, move to LDAP integration, http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/display/CASUM/LDAP.
