That's interesting.
I did the same exercise with versions 3.3.3 and 3.3.4 and they both work
without problems, just 3.3.5 doesn't. I suspect something very trivial.
Before you spend more time can you tell me a way to have a more verbose
output, just to understand why "Logout message not sent to
[https://foo.com:8443/foo/security_check]"; ?
