When users visit google apps, Google will see you have SSO configured (under 
Advanced Tools of your admin console) and redirect the user to the 'Sign-in 
page URL' you've configured there.  This should be CAS, so, 
https://casserver.yourdomain.edu/cas/login .

https://casserver.yourdomain.edu/cas/login .  You'll also need to provide 
logout, and a link to a change password form.  These are all set under Advanced 
Tools of your google apps admin console.
