Ok thanks, But using the jasig cas client instead of soulwing will resolve my problem with the certificate ? And with jasig cas client can I configure a SSO between Confluence and Jira too ?
An other interrogation is : can I use jasig cas client to configure SSO with the appli hudson (compatible with the SSO with Jira and Confluence) or if it's not possible is it easy to casify hudson ( or any web appli) ? Thanks for your help Clément 2010/1/8 Scott Battaglia <[email protected]>: > I don't know how many people here will be familiar with the Soulwing client. > > We do have some documentation for the Jasig CAS Client: > http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/display/CASC/Configuring+Confluence+with+JASIG+CAS+Client+for+Java+3.1 > > Cheers, > Scott > > > On Thu, Jan 7, 2010 at 10:46 AM, clement <[email protected]> wrote: >> >> Hi, >> >> As I explained in a previous message, I'm trying to configure a server CAS >> with an ldap and the casclient soulwing to implement SSO for Jira and >> Confluence. >> But to do SSO between the 2 apps I needed to configure my tomcat5.5, where >> is my CAS server, to support ssl connections and https and that's the >> beginning of my big problem. >> Indeed since that change, login to confluence or jira doesn't work at all >> : after I had tried to log me in I've got (with firefox) this error : >> Redirect Loop and IE8 warns me that the certificate authority is not good. >> I think this a known problem but I don't know and didn't find the >> solution. >> I think that my problem comes from the fact that I generate my own >> certificate which is not recognize by the web browsers as valid and the >> connection is never accepted something like that.
