Is there any known problem with the cas plsql client libraries and load balancing devices? The cas client is not returning the extn_user which is not getting populated (return casUserRec.netid; is null), traced it down to the cas CASTICKET cookie seems to be null.
If it's not the load balancer, what else could it be, did sys-admin do something strange to the mod_psql dad setup? Thanks in advance.
