Is this documentation up to date for the latest version of CAS (ie: 3.3.5) (http://www.jasig.org/cas/protocol)? How does this protocol document relate to the "CAS User Manual" (http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/display/CASUM/Home) on the wiki?
Also, why does the protocol document have no mention of the TGT (Ticket Granting Ticket) concept? Is this a new concept in v3?
