I finally got around to investigating this problem on our test SQL Server platform. Test setup follows:
- CAS version 3.3.6-SNAPSHOT (what's in trunk as of today) - SQL Server 2008 Developer Our test database initially had no registered services and I was able to successfully create 2 services without problems.
