Scott, Thanks for the tip. I am quite new to CAS and SSO. Does setting the getRemoteUser property in the client, set the REMOTE_USER server environment variable.

If you can "CASify" it with the Java client, the Java Client will set the getRemoteUser property automatically. If LiveLink is not a Java application, you should probably look at mod_auth_cas.
