Hi Bill, The short answer is yes, its only IE although there was one machine here that had IE7 but was patched with the latest Windows security updates..this was XP. The problem will manifest itself on all Windows 7 machines. Unfortunately, your only choices are, use the pre-release JDK7 or update the registry. There were no issues using Firefox on Windows, aside from having to configure Firefox to do SPNEGO.
