An M1 release has been tagged, and the binary version on the wiki is actually the M1 release. I had built it from trunk around the same time the M1 was tagged. We and several others are using, or plan to use, this client in production. The amount of interest in CasOwa, which builds on top of the .NET client, should be a good indication of production readiness.
