All right, we've determined we're running in "Integrated Mode". I believe the web config is correct (attached) - can someone look at it to verify or suggest another approach to determining the problem?
The error we're getting is: Server Error in '/coa' Application. An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request... "Parser Error Message: Could not load type 'CasOwa._Default'.
