Hello,

I'm managing the CAS and ldap servers in our school backed and have to
prepare its reorganisation as we've joined recently a bigger structure
(university).
We have now 2 ldap servers and 2 CAS servers.

The project is to merge our ldap servers in order to avoid duplication, but
there's a risk a local ldap server will still be needed in our school for
local services.

I wonder how this hypothetical local ldap server would fit in the big
picture, where we would mainly use the university's CAS+Ldap infrastructure.

Would you have an idea ?

I'm dreaming of a solution : Is it possible to chain 2 CAS servers ? This
way, we could connect our school webservices to our local CAS, which could
have two authentication backends : University's CAS and our local ldap
server. Is that possible ?

Best regards,
