It is unclear to me how this works with multiple CASified applications on one
server. I don't see how to define a unique value for each applications
"service" parameter.
In web.xml each application gets its own:
<init-param>
<param-name>service</param-name>
<param-value>https://dev.acs.utah.edu:/uofu/hrs/VirtualEdgeRedirect/</param-value>
</init-param>
If this is defined in JNDI how does each application know how to get the value
it wants?
