Please supply a phpCAS debug log and some more information regarding the error message. To debug the complex login procedure you need all the info you can get ;) The error itself seems to be a dokeos error message and not phpCAS message. This means it is probably a faulty phpCAS integration or some kind of configuration problem.

phpCAS 0.4.something. That wasn't helpful, cause it didn't work right, so I 
upgraded the phpCAS library to 1.1.1 from jasig.
It seemed to fix the issue with the previous version, but it still doesn't work, saying 
"Cannot Authenticate", after coming back from the CAS server.
I am using the CAS server 3.4.2, which I think it's the latest, is this the 
issue? Please, if anybody can help, it will be much appreciated, I lost enough 
time searching for information on this, there is no documentation on this 
dokeos.
