[cas-user] Please help...Maven2 WAR Overlay Method is not working

I am completely new to CAS and I am trying to build and deploy it over Tomcat 
on RHEL5 using the "Best Practice - Setting Up CAS Locally using the Maven2 WAR 
Overlay Method."  The demo of CAS works just fine.  It's just when I get to the 
"Build It!" section of the document, it will not deploy and as a result I 
receive the 404 error message.  What am I doing wrong?  Please help.
