If you're not using the WAR Overlay method, the easiest thing to do is add the cas-server-support-ldap module to the cas-server-webapp/pom.xml file and then do a "mvn clean package" I realized that our Building & Deploying page points to an old version of the WAR Overlay method so I'm going to update the link.
